To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced personality who drives digital transformation in Service Management with passion, know-how, and the will to shape change.
What to expect
- Supporting the development of IT governance structures (development of use cases, role concepts as well as conducting workshops and management presentations)
- Participation in tool evaluations and implementations and support in the creation of target architectures
- Support of internal activities such as event organization or preparation of proposals and tender documents
- Assistance in building the Detecon Competence Center for Enterprise Architecture
- Opportunity for entry as a Business Analyst* if mutually interested
What you bring
- Ongoing master’s degree with an IT or business focus
- Initial experience with IT systems such as ERP, data science or software development is an advantage
- Understanding of the IT/business interface through initial practical experience in a tech or consulting environment as well as strong interest in digital transformation
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills and pronounced team spirit
- Businessfluent German and English (min. C1) as well as willingness to travel within the DACH region
