Annual Salary: 60.000 – 82.000€ gross
What you can expect
- You develop strategies, scenarios, and trend analyses for key players in the defense sector
- You support clients with strategic issues in complex, security-critical environments and assist with their implementation
- You actively shape the expansion of our defense portfolio as well as our methodologies and areas of expertise
- You network within the market and represent us at relevant events and in expert committees
Ready for Detecon?
- You have several years of experience in consulting, defense/security, the public sector, or strategic roles (approx. 2–5+ years)
- You combine strategic analysis and structured problem-solving with experience in project management and, ideally, foresight methodologies
- You have strong communication and storytelling skills and are confident in your interactions with top management and public sector clients
- You have a comprehensive understanding of the defense ecosystem (industry, procurement, critical infrastructure)
- You have a college degree (preferably a master’s degree) in computer science (with a focus on business), economics, or a related field, as well as excellent German and English language skills
