Annual salary: 55.000 – 74.000€ gross
The stated salary range refers to the intended starting salary. Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible.

- Analysis and development of targeted optimizations for complex business processes in the accounting and controlling area
- Support of our clients’ CFO functions in digital transformations to optimize strategy, organizational structure, and processes
- Independent pursuit of objectives and taking responsibility for your tasks
- Identifying and leveraging market opportunities within projects and beyond
- Active participation in internal development within the team
Ready for Detecon?
- Master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics with a focus on Accounting or Controlling
- At least two to three years of experience in Controlling & Accounting in a consulting role
- Ability to develop creative solutions for complex challenges
- Enthusiasm for technologies and initial experience with finance tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, self-service BI tools)
- Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1) as well as willingness to travel within the DACH region
