Digitalization is “architecture”, the complex interplay of business, data, applications, and digital technologies. But how can this interplay be systematically described, developed, implemented, and operated?
Our TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture live online courses, officially accredited by The Open Group and based on the TOGAF Standard, 10th Edition, provide you with the methodological foundation to systematically lead digital transformation projects to success, in an interactive remote format, whether you work in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
The training courses provide intensive preparation for the TOGAF® EA Foundation, TOGAF® EA Practitioner, and TOGAF® EA Leader certifications. You’ll take the certification exam within one year of completing the training, either via online proctoring from the comfort of your home or at an exam center near you, available throughout Germany (e.g., Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Erfurt, Freiburg, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Karlsruhe, Kiel, Cologne, Leipzig, Marburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Osnabrück, Passau, Stuttgart, Ulm, Würzburg), Austria (e.g., Graz, Innsbruck, Linz, Vienna), and Switzerland. The TOGAF certificate is valid indefinitely.

TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Course - Leader

- – Understand how to build and operate an enterprise architecture function based on best practices (primarily aimed at individuals who are responsible for or actively involved in shaping an architecture function).
- – Preparation for the TOGAF® EA Leader certification

- – Business objectives for the Enterprise Architecture Capability
- – Organizational model for the EA team
- – Implementation of an architecture capability
- – Customization of architecture content and metamodel
- – Architecture Governance
- – Alignment with other frameworks
In addition to the EA Leader content from the TOGAF standard, this course offers:
- – Numerous practical examples and in-depth discussions on important EA Leader topics (e.g. measuring EA maturity using a proven method)
- – Guided discussion on current EA Leader challenges of the participants
- – Short leadership coaching session conducted by a professional coach
Requirements: TOGAF certification at the EA Foundation level (EA Practitioner recommended).
Live online training with plenty of interactive exercises, group breakout sessions, and a strong focus on practical application.

Almost all of our participants pass the certification exam on their first attempt, regardless of whether they attended in person or online. If you don’t pass on your first try, we’ll provide you with a free retake voucher for a second attempt at the exam.

The TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition – what´s new?
In 2022, The Open Group published the TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition, together with a new certification program. The presentation will highlight what structural and content changes have occurred compared to the previous version, TOGAF 9.2. and what the new certification program looks like with more role-oriented certification paths. In addition, selected new concepts will be briefly introduced. The presentation is aimed at people who have prior knowledge of TOGAF 9.2 and can be downloaded here.

The participation fee is 1,600 euros per course, including a voucher for the certification exam, plus VAT at the rate applicable in your country of residence (Germany: 19%, Austria: 20%, Switzerland: 0%).

Payment:
For corporate clients (registration using an email address from a registered organization, such as “@Company.de”), payment is made by invoice following the course.
For individual clients (email address from a public provider such as Gmail or web.de), participation is only possible upon advance payment.
Guidelines for virtual session
For virtual sessions, we use Microsoft Teams as well as specially licensed, modern web applications to support knowledge transfer. Teams breakout sessions allow small groups within the course to exchange ideas and collaborate virtually. We recommend using cameras during discussions in the breakout rooms to make the collaboration feel more personal.

German is the language used for lectures and discussions. The course materials are presented in English, as the certification exam is also in English.
