What you can expect
- Strategic consulting for clients as well as the development of enterprise and target architectures aligned with their business and IT strategy
- Responsibility for the expansion of our Enterprise Architecture consulting portfolio and the positioning of Detecon in the Swiss market
- Acquisition of new projects as well as the development of existing client relationships at management and C-level
- Responsibility for complex transformation programs and project portfolios with regard to quality, client satisfaction, and commercial success
- Leadership, coaching, and development of consulting teams as well as active contribution to the business and growth strategy
Ready for Detecon?
- Master's degree in a STEM discipline or in Business Administration/Economics
- Strong knowledge of common architecture frameworks and methods (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) as well as modern technology and cloud platforms
- Extensive experience in management or technology consulting with a focus on Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy, and digital transformation
- Proven success in client development, project acquisition, and leading complex transformation projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong executive presence, and business fluent German and English (minimum C1)
