What you can expect
- Consulting our clients in digitization and transformation projects in the rail and mobility environment – both conceptually and hands-on, e.g. as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Solution Architect, in Test Management or in PL/PO roles
- Focus on methodologically sound consulting, technical design, and implementation of digital solutions in complex organizations
- Innovative digitization projects across the entire project life cycle – from analysis through design and implementation to rollout

- Contribution to the further development of our consulting portfolio as well as internal knowledge building and involvement, e.g. in market activities or recruiting
Ready for Detecon?
- Successfully completed Master’s degree in STEM, Business Informatics, or Railway Technology
- Several years of consulting experience (ideally from approx. 3 years) in digitization, IT, or technology projects – experience in the rail or mobility environment, particularly rail infrastructure, is an advantage
- High technical affinity as well as experience in the functional and technical design of complex IT solutions
- Practical experience with common tools and methods such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, UML, as well as experience in agile setups (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
- Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel within the DACH region

For this position, we offer you an attractive salary that corresponds to your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons, we point out that the collective agreement minimum salary of € 3,682 gross per month applies. However, we are willing to offer a significant overpayment.
