Annial Salary: 79.000 – 100.500€ gross
The stated salary range refers to the intended starting salary. Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible.

- Consulting our clients in digitization and transformation projects in the rail and mobility environment – both conceptually and hands-on, e.g. as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Solution Architect, in Test Management or in PL/PO roles
- Focus on methodologically sound consulting, technical design, and implementation of digital solutions in complex organizations
- Innovative digitization projects across the entire project life cycle – from analysis through design and implementation to rollout
- We value transparency, an active feedback culture, and a high quality mindset – both internally and in collaboration with our clients
- Contribution to the further development of our consulting portfolio as well as internal knowledge building and involvement, e.g. in market activities or recruiting
Ready for Detecon?
- Master’s degree in STEM, Business Informatics, or Railway Technology
- Several years of consulting experience (ideally from approx. 3 years) in digitization, IT, or technology projects – experience in the rail or mobility environment, particularly rail infrastructure, is an advantage
- High technical affinity as well as experience in the functional and technical design of complex IT solutions
- Practical experience with common tools and methods such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, UML, as well as experience in agile setups (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
- Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel within the DACH region
