Your focus
- You advise executives and organizations in the public and defense sectors on designing efficient, agile delivery and organizational models.
- You provide support in strategic prioritization, governance, and program management, ensuring transparency and alignment at the management level.
- You contribute agile expertise (Scrum, SAFe) and coach teams and executives to embed agile working methods sustainably and effectively in complex, regulated organizations.
Ready for Detecon?
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Team Coach,within a consulting environment or large-scale agile transformations
- Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master
- Experience in Professional Services, preferably in the Public Sector, Defense, or similar industries, with hands-on experience in scaled agile transformations
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) as well as willingness to travel for project-related work (national or international, depending on preference)
