Annual Salary: 93.000 – 100.500€ gross
The stated salary range refers to the intended starting salary. Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible.
What you can expect
- Supporting the business departments (Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing, Sales) throughout the SAP transformation – functionally, conceptually, and operationally
- Analysis of existing processes in the legacy system, definition of requirements, and design of target processes
- Taking over partial project management roles and conducting workshops
- Close collaboration with the implementation partner and high visibility as a trusted advisor
- Independent communication with business departments and translation between business and IT
- Coaching and mentoring our junior consultants as well as actively developing our finance team
Ready for Detecon?
- Master’s degree in a STEM field or in business and economics
- At least 5 years of consulting experience with strong system and transformation expertise
- SAP knowledge and certifications, ideally in an S/4HANA context, as well as experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management
- Hands-on experience in SAP-based finance transformations (e.g. implementation, rollout, conversion, or template approaches)
- Business-fluent German and English (at least C1) as well as willingness to travel within the DACH region
