What you can expect
- Support of the business departments (Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, Sales) throughout the S/4HANA transformation – from a functional, conceptual, and operational perspective
- Analysis of existing processes in the legacy system, definition of requirements, and design of target processes
- Taking on sub-project management responsibilities and conducting workshops
- Close collaboration with the implementation partner and high visibility as a trusted advisor
- Independent communication with business departments and translation between business and IT
- Coaching and mentoring of our junior consultants as well as active development of our finance team
Ready for Detecon?
- Master’s degree in a STEM field or in business/economics
- At least 5 years of professional experience in finance consulting or in-house finance with a strong SAP focus
- SAP certification, preferably S/4HANA, as well as knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and project management
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA projects (implementation, rollout, conversion, or template)
- Business-fluent German and English (at least C1) as well as willingness to travel within the DACH region

For this position, we offer an attractive salary that matches your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that a minimum collective agreement salary of €4,198 gross per month applies. However, we are willing to offer a significant overpayment.
