A strong partnership for Europe’s Digital Sovereignty
Cologne, March 26, 2026: Detecon, leading management consulting firm, today announced a strategic partnership with European cloud provider evroc, a European sovereign cloud provider, to support European organizations in translating digital sovereignty ambitions into operational cloud and AI environments.
Across industries, digital sovereignty is moving from policy ambition to an implementation challenge. While many organizations have defined strategic targets for sovereign cloud and AI adoption, building compliant, scalable, and future-ready environments remains complex.
Through the partnership, Detecon connects transformation strategies with infrastructure deployments to enable a sovereign multi-cloud ecosystem in Europe. The collaboration brings together Detecon’s expertise in operating model design, cloud strategy development, and regulatory implementation with evroc’s European cloud and AI infrastructure capabilities.
Together, the two companies will support organizations in moving from high-level transformation roadmaps to the deployment of AI-enabled workflows and modernized enterprise platforms under European jurisdictional control.
“Digital sovereignty has become a strategic business topic that goes beyond purely regulatory considerations,” said Dr. Stefan Schnitter, Managing Partner at Detecon. “Our clients are looking to translate jurisdictional requirements, AI adoption, and regulation into real architectural decisions. Working with evroc allows us to help organizations design future-state operating models built on modern European cloud foundations.”
James Collis, VP Partnerships at evroc, added: “evroc was founded on the belief that Europe should not have to choose between sovereignty and technological excellence. Our platform is engineered from first principles to support sovereign AI and cloud workloads. Through this partnership, advisory capability and sovereign infrastructure come together to help European organizations operationalize their digital strategies.”
