Cologne, April 22, 2026 – Andrea Tribelhorn, Partner at Detecon, has been appointed Regional Advocate for Europe within ISACA’s global SheLeadsTech initiative. In this role, she represents the European region and actively drives gender diversity and inclusion across digital trust and technology.
SheLeadsTech, a global program by ISACA, aims to increase the representation of women in digital trust leadership by fostering education, mentorship, and career development opportunities. The initiative focuses on empowering women, increasing visibility, and addressing structural barriers across the global digital workforce.
As Regional Advocate, Andrea Tribelhorn will collaborate with international stakeholders and regional communities to further expand the program’s impact across Europe. Her focus includes supporting local initiatives, strengthening networks, and promoting inclusive leadership in digital trust professions.

Andrea Tribelhorn brings extensive experience in digital transformation and leadership in international environments.
