Florian Riester

Florian Riester is a Senior Manager in the Industry and Services division at Detecon International GmbH in Cologne.

He advises organizations on establishing enterprise-wide architecture structures, for example through the introduction of capability-based planning, the development of strategic target architectures, and the management and optimization of application landscapes. His focus lies on the methodological structuring of complex transformation initiatives – from deriving strategic fields of action to designing decision-ready target architectures and roadmaps.

For more than eight years, he has been leading enterprise architecture projects for international companies in the manufacturing and automotive industries.

He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Product Design and Process Development from TH Köln.
