Architecting Digital Transformation
Digitalization is “architecture” – the complex interaction of business, data, applications, and digital technologies. But how can this interaction be systematically described, developed, implemented, and managed?
With our TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture courses, officially accredited by The Open Group and based on The TOGAF Standard, 10th Edition, we provide the methodological foundation for systematically leading digitalization projects to success.
The training courses offer in-depth preparation for the TOGAF® EA Foundation, TOGAF® EA Practitioner, and TOGAF® EA Leader certifications. The certification exam can be taken within one year of completing the course, either at a test center in Zurich, Bern, or other cities, or remotely from home. The TOGAF certificate is valid indefinitely.

Objectives:
- – Be able to apply the TOGAF Standard as an approach to Enterprise Architecture Management.
- – Preparation for TOGAF® EA Practitioner certification (previous version: TOGAF 9 certified).

- – Development of an architecture vision and stakeholder management
- – Development of an enterprise architecture using ADM (detailed)
- – Application of techniques for developing an enterprise architecture
- – Approaches to architecture implementation, architecture change management, and architecture requirements management
- – Other concepts to support architecture development
Requirements: Foundation level knowledge of TOGAF
TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Course - Leader
Objectives:
- – Understand how to build and operate an enterprise architecture function based on best practices (primarily aimed at individuals who are responsible for or actively involved in shaping an architecture function).
- – Preparation for the TOGAF® EA Leader certification
Content:
- – Business objectives for the Enterprise Architecture Capability
- – Organizational model for the EA team
- – Implementation of an architecture capability
- – Customization of architecture content and metamodel
- – Architecture Governance
- – Alignment with other frameworks
In addition to the EA Leader content from the TOGAF standard, this course offers:
- – Numerous practical examples and in-depth discussions on important EA Leader topics (e.g. measuring EA maturity using a proven method)

- – Short leadership coaching session conducted by a professional coach
Requirements: TOGAF certification at the EA Foundation level (EA Practitioner recommended).

The TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition – what´s new?
In 2022, The Open Group published the TOGAF® Standard, 10th Edition, together with a new certification program. The presentation will highlight what structural and content changes have occurred compared to the previous version, TOGAF 9.2. and what the new certification program looks like with more role-oriented certification paths. In addition, selected new concepts will be briefly introduced. The presentation is aimed at people who have prior knowledge of TOGAF 9.2 and can be downloaded here.
