What you can expect
- You are responsible for ensuring a winning candidate journey – from talent attraction to contract negotiation and creation
- You take ownership of the full recruiting process in your area – including interviews across all career levels as well as international partner recruiting
- You proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with potential candidates
- You work proactively with hiring managers from the chapters and corporate functions
- You recognize trends in the market, including the ability to adapt them to your own area
Ready for Detecon?
- At least six years of professional experience as a recruiter or recruiting consultant – ideally consulting experience
- You are assertive and have strong negotiating skills
- Experience with using common applicant tracking systems and sourcing solutions
- You have cross-functional project management experience
- Fluent in German and English
