You build the numbers behind those investments and take them to the client’s leadership. You work from our Bangkok hub, side by side with our technology consultants.

We hire for depth in one domain and working knowledge of the adjacent ones. Tell us which is yours:
Networks: RAN, core, IP/transport, fibre, satellite/NTN
IT & Operations: OSS/BSS, enterprise and solution architecture, cloud
Telco & AI: Telco data platforms, analytics and Artificial Intelligence
Cybersecurity: Network and IT security, audits against regulatory standards
What you can expect
- Assess networks and IT estates as they are: architecture, performance, dependencies and risks
- Design target architectures, technology strategies and transformation roadmaps
- Run vendor evaluations, RFI/RFP processes, technical due diligence and security audits
- Work with client engineers, architects and vendors, and turn what you find into a recommendation the client can act on
- Produce the technical analysis, architecture views and client presentations, and shape proposals
- Typical engagements: network and architecture reviews, technology strategies, vendor selection, security audits
- Consultant (typically 2+ years): you own defined parts of the analysis, end to end
- Senior Consultant (typically 4+ years): you also lead a technical workstream, coordinate specialists and run client sessions
Ready for Detecon?
- A degree in telecommunications, electrical or computer engineering, computer science, data science or another STEM field
- Experience at operators, vendors, systems integrators or cloud providers, or in technical consulting
- Depth in at least one of the four domains above, earned hands-on with live networks or systems
- You work with specifications, datasets and engineering assumptions, and you spot the one that does not hold
- You can explain a complex architecture to an engineer and to a CEO, on one page each
- You take ownership: you find the data, make the call and stand behind it in front of the client
- Knowledge of 3GPP, ETSI or TM Forum standards is a plus, as are TOGAF, cloud or security certifications and Python
- Fluent English. Thai, Bahasa Indonesia/Malay or Tagalog/Filipino is a plus
- You can be deployed on client sites across Asia-Pacific, including multi-week assignments
