What you can expect
- Contribute to large and complex digitalization and transformation projects in the railway industry at the intersection of business, IT, and technology
- Analyze, structure, and document business and technical requirements for modern IT systems
- Support project planning, steering, and coordination activities, including taking on PMO responsibilities
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and collaborate with various stakeholders on both the client and supplier side
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and quality assurance of innovative digital solutions

- Completed degree in a STEM discipline, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- Initial practical experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management, for example through internships or working student positions
- Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a high affinity for IT and technology
- Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for the railway industry, excellent German language skills, and willingness to travel within the DACH region
