About Tim Wyes
Tim Wyes is a Senior Consultant at Detecon and part of the telecom industry division as well as organizational development consulting team. As a renowned expert Tim transforms commercial functions, defining and operationalizing strategies and steering end-to-end change processes. He acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership implementing target operating models that drive productivity, improve service quality, and actively engage employees throughout the transformation.
He advises telecom customers since 2022 as organizational expert. Before he joined Detecon he worked four years in Marketing and communication in logistics as wells as customer advisory in the security sector. Tim holds a Master’s of Science degree in Business Psychology and Consulting from the business school for economics and management and did an apprenticeship as industrial clerk.
