For 25+ years, Jochen has advised clients in the telecommunications sector. Before joining Detecon, he led large consulting teams in many countries and supported major carriers and institutions, including the EU Commission, during pivotal phases of liberalization and digital transformation.
Jochen Dinger holds a degree in Economics from the Universities of Mannheim, Konstanz, and Bristol.
