He advises telecommunications operators across MEA and Asia on futureready telco/IT target operating models and the evolution towards AI-enabled autonomous operations. As an active TM Forum contributor in ANLET and Autonomous Networks Architecture, Jacek combines strategic advisory expertise with deep technological insight, with a particular focus on Agentic AI as a key enabler of scalable, zero-touch operating models and measurable operational impact.
