Dragos Titica

Dragos Titica is a Senior Expert for technology and infrastructure transformation at Detecon.

He works with telecommunications operators and digital service providers worldwide on digital transformation, technology lifecycle management, telco/IT ecosystems and operational excellence. He clients turn complex shifts into resilient operating models and measurable business impact. With extensive experience across telecommunications, IT and infrastructure transformation, Dragos combines strategic advisory expertise with deep technological and senior consulting insight. Before joining Detecon, he held senior expert and leadership roles in international technology and telecommunications environments, including IT and telco operations, managed services and IT management.

Dragos studied Engineering, Telecommunications and IT at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest in Romania and holds a master’s degree from the Academy of Economic Studies, Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics in Romania.
