She supports organizations in aligning strategy, structure, and culture to successfully navigate transformation and empower people to embrace new ways of working.
Before joining Detecon, Tanja worked as a research associate at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and the Technical University of Munich, focusing on corporate strategy and internationalization.
