Hans advises clients on digital innovations and the process optimization bases on robot process automation. Hans helps clients to unveil the potential of automation in the context of processes. He also has a strong background in the people business e.g. training, change and coaching.
For more than 20 years, Hans advices clients in the telco and public sector as senior expert and innovation expert. Before Hans joined Detecon he was responsible for field service and was SVP in the management board of Germany biggest field service company in the telco business.
Hans Gaiser holds as Diplom Ing. a diploma from Technische Universität Hamburg – Harburg.
