For 10+ years, Dharshana advises clients in various industries – including travel, transport & logistics, public, energy, and telecommunications – as a senior expert in organizational development and change management. Before joining Detecon, Dharshana held roles at SBB and in the public sector.
Dharshana holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate and Business Development.
