About Bernd Halle
As an experienced telecommunications network planning consultant, he supports network operators worldwide in telecom infrastructure projects with strategic and technical network design, planning, optimization and auditing. His knowledge covers technologies from transport and cable layers up to service and traffic modelling in a geo-spatial context ranging from access over aggregation to core level.
In his role as client manager for the tool NetWorks NG Transport for network topology and capacity planning and optimization, he managed several implementation projects introducing the planning software in customer’s environment since he joined Detecon in 2001.
Bernd holds a M.S. Engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) in Telecommunications from the Friedrich-List-University of Transport and Communications Dresden.
