Steffen Kuhn

Steffen Kuhn is the founder of the Digital Engineering Centers at Detecon and simultaneously heads the Global Functional Chapter Digital Strategy & Innovation.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Steffen is a highly competent senior advisor for CXO and a recognized expert on disruptive technologies, innovation strategies and future business models.

As a thought leader for the future of the consulting business, Steffen's mission is to combine consulting and innovation with high-tech and implementation expertise to ensure the transfer from the innovation ecosystem to practical application.

His core belief is that all organizations, their clients and their employees will benefit from digital transformation. His motivation is to develop and implement digital strategies and successful digitization projects by guiding clients through organizational, technological and cultural change.

After studying communications engineering, Steffen started his professional career in strategy consulting and worked in various management positions. As Director of Innovation & New Business Development at T-Systems, he assumed responsibility for growth topics in the enterprise market. At Deutsche Telekom, he headed the group-wide innovation strategy. In 2012, he moved to the Telekom Innovation Laboratories (T-Labs) as a member of the Executive Board, where he was most recently responsible for the Digital Transformation & ReEngineering Program. As founder of the Digital Co-Innovation Labs, he created the ideal basis for his current tasks.
