Transformation as a Service
Focus on Your Core Business
Transformation as a Service – abbreviated TaaS - is a standardized project procedure that enables our customers to carry out a transformation set-up within a very short time. The basic idea behind TaaS is to use reusable transformation assets to carry out roll-out-based transformations operationally for the customer and to move them seamlessly, smoothly and efficiently from the actual to the desired target state. To do this, we have developed the Transformation Cycle. It contains 8 phases that every company goes through in a transformation.
Opportunities for our Customers
In the context of digital transformation, companies must operate in a VUCA world. VUCA is an acronym for the terms Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. The pressure to act is enormous, because the VUCA world repeatedly confronts companies with business-critical transformations that require the development and deployment of resources, processes, tools and organizational structures - a cost-intensive mammoth task.
Yet many companies find it difficult to adapt or transform, fail in their endeavors and disappear from the market. In other words, the lifespan of companies is getting shorter and shorter. A look at the S&P 500 is particularly impressive: while in 1965 companies were listed in the S&P 500 for an average of 33 years, in 2016 this figure was only 24 years. By 2027, this figure is even expected to drop to 12 years, which would mean that half of the current S&P 500 would be replaced.
- Focus on your core business: The plug-in & unplug principle
- Reliable security foundation: Cybersecurity, information security and data protection
- Cost reduction: Lower organizational set-up costs for know-how and personnel development
- Increased efficiency: Proven and ready-to-use tools and methods
Transformation as a Service (TaaS) is an answer to how companies can transform quickly so that the scenario described above in the S&P 500 does not occur. Using our standardized project approach and expertise, we enable customers to achieve a transformation set-up within a short period of time. In comparison, independent planning including knowledge and personnel development would take a longer period of time.
