Silvia Flachowksy is Tribe Head for Organization, Restructuring and HR. She leads the collaboration with TM Forum on Digital Maturity and is a certified co-developer of the Digital Maturity Model. The Digital Maturity Model is based on an iterative methodology that involves all stakeholders - Silvia is convinced that this is the only way to secure the commitment of all stakeholders as a guarantor for a successful digital transformation.
