Your Development Opportunities at Detecon
As a Business Analyst you will join our consulting team: You work on projects together with your team and support the topic development of your chapter. The next career step is the Consultant. As a consultant, you will be responsible for projects as part or project manager and provide support for proposals or workshops. As a senior consultant, you already take on the role of performance of customer projects and independently create offers. You strengthen your thematic focus and expand your market and sector know-how.
Our USP for Juniors - the Young Consultant Network
When you start at Detecon, you will be supported by the Young Consultant Network (YCN), a worldwide network of young Detecon colleagues. The network was founded in 2010 and has since grown to almost 230 young consultants in the various regional offices around the globe. Your two-year membership starts automatically on your first day at Detecon and allows you to participate in many events and activities. At a higher level, you can join the Consultant Network (CN) and benefit from a large senior network.
