Sasha Benjamin Wakounig

Sasha Wakounig is a Manager at Detecon’s Digital Operations & Performance Chapter based in Cologne, Germany and advises clients on strategic and organizational topics, operating models, and infrastructure investments.

Sasha studied Economics & Business Administration in Austria, Switzerland, Australia and Japan and holds a CEMS degree in International Management. He started his career as a Business Development Associate in SaaS-Sales and later transitioned to a consultancy role with a particular focus on telecommunications & technology. An ever-curious person with an affinity for emerging technology and new ideas, Sasha is constantly on the lookout for new trends and how these can benefit clients, their customers as well as society.

Sasha joined Detecon in 2018 and since then he has been supporting clients in Europe, North America and the Middle East in their transformation and restructuring journeys.
