Evgeny Shibanov

Evgeny Shibanov is Senior Manager in the global chapter International Carrier at Detecon International, focusing primarily on Telco on business strategy development, new business models and telco infrastructure topics.

Counting over 15 years of telco industry experience, Evgeny spend first five years working in in Austria and CEE before joining Detecon in 2012. In the last 10 years he was instrumental to strengthen Detecon’s presence in the key markets. Globally, he successfully delivered multiple projects in Germany, APAC and MENA.

Over the years he has put a strong focus to develop solutions around Infrastructure Economics, a broad range of consulting services covering network strategy, vendor management, cost efficiency and infrastructure partnerships with the aim to increase shareholder value
