When did you work for Detecon? In what role?
I started with Diebold in 1997. After the Diebold-Detecon merger in 2002, I became Detecon's Managing Partner and Group Head in Operations and Performance. I left Detecon in June 2006.
What were your most exciting Detecon moments?
Challenging tasks for the customer and a great project team that mastered them together, such as process reengineering for group-wide controlling at a major international bank.
What are you doing today?
My job today is to advance my employer, an innovative Swiss insurance company, in the transformation into the digital age by, for example, self-organisation in customer service, breaking patterns by changing perspectives, and much more!
What did you particularly appreciate about your job at Detecon and what do you miss from this time?
What I appreciated most was the direct customer contact and the international assignment.
