Cultural change must come from within
Mike Kaiser (formerly Detecon) in conversation with Dirk Smikale, Head of the Innogize Our Work program at innogy. The goal of this cultural change program was to make innogy fit for the demands of the future by changing the work culture, to improve the performance of the employees, and to remain attractive as an employer. Dirk Smikale describes how he and his small team, supported by experts from Detecon, succeeded in generating enthusiasm among the workforce through various measures by making flexibility and individuality directly tangible.
