Sergio Torres, Manager in the Detecon’s consulting area Strategy & Transformation, advises our clients in strategic transformations with focus on business models, strategy and financial management. With over 15 years of consulting and industry experience, he leads transformation projects such as: Due Diligences, Carve-outs und Post Merger Integrations from the Munich office.

He believes that the pace of change and transformation increases due to new competitors, high regulation requirements, lower interest rates and digitalization.
