Jürgen Richter

Jürgen Richter is Senior Manager in the Public division at Detecon International GmbH. As a Smart City/Region expert, he supports the initialization and implementation of the digital transformation in projects for municipalities and regions. He is also a speaker at national and international Smart City/Region conferences. His consulting focus includes the analysis and evaluation of funding programs and subsequent support during the application process in the field of Smart Cities and Regions, the development and implementation of digitization strategies and the support during the introduction of new technologies using a modern set of consulting tools. Jürgen has been working as a program and project manager since 2000 and has specialized in the public sector with a focus on digitalization consulting since 2015.
