Hans Gaiser has been working as a Senior Manager on national and international projects since 2011. His focus is on agile project management and process optimization, especially Robot Process Automation (RPA). The topics of Work Force Management and Optimization are also part of his repertoire.
Hans started his career as an Industrial Engineer at the TU Hamburg-Harburg at Deloitte Consulting in the area of people management with a focus on training, coaching and change, especially in the area of eLearning with a later focus on process optimization. As Head of Training & Coaching in Customer Care Management (CCM) at T-Online in Darmstadt, Hans was responsible for the training and further education of more than 3000 employees, mainly call center agents, for five years. Projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or optimizing processes in CCM were successfully implemented under his leadership and achieved effective improvements. Hans worked for a further five years as a member of the management team at Deutsche Telekom Technischer Service. He was responsible for one of approximately 60 field service units in Germany and was active in both strategic issues and daily operations.
