From when to when did you work at Detecon? What was your position?
My journey at Detecon started in April 2016 as an intern in the management consulting department in the Core Functions & Optimization area in Andreas Keller's team and then continued in September of the same year when I joined as a permanent management consultant. The primary focus of my projects was on finance, strategy and innovation.
What were the most exciting Detecon moments for you?
There were really many exciting and also beautiful moments at Detecon. My most exciting moments were undoubtedly the projects, which were very diverse in terms of content as well as in human terms - working with colleagues with diverse experiences and backgrounds, and of course the internationality :). The time on each project taught me a lot, both professionally and personally/humanly. And besides the projects, there were also many other nice and also exciting moments: seeing the colleagues in the office on Fridays, the Young Consultant Challenge and the Leadership Training.
What company do you work for today? What is your primary field of work there?
I work for Uniper, one of the leading energy groups in Europe, in the area of strategy, corporate development and M&A as a project manager.
What did you value especially highly while at Detecon, and what do you miss from the “old days”?
I particularly appreciated the colleagues and the freedom to shape the future of the company.
