Konstantin Ritschel

Konstantin Ritschel is part of the Network Technology Chapter and heads the Center of Excellence for Robotic Process Automation. After his dual studies at the University of Telecommunications in Leipzig and a telecommunications infrastructure service provider as a practical partner, he moved to Detecon. Today, he continues to develop Detecon's RPA consulting portfolio.

Konstantin advises clients on the implementation of RPA solutions in various industries. The focus here is on the selection of technologies and providers, implementation of an organisational framework for RPA and the selection and development of RPA use cases. It is important to him to ensure a sustainable use of RPA at the customer's site and thus to create an alternative solution for problems with the business processes, in harmony with all stakeholders.
