Malte Schröder

Malte Schröder is Senior Manager at Detecon Consulting in the Global Chapter Services & Industries. He has been working as a (multi)-project manager in the energy industry, transportation & logistics as well as in public & healthcare since 2016 and has managed large projects for clients in the DACH region and throughout the EU.

In addition to his technical specialization, Malte designs customer-centric, digital and data-driven products, services and business models with his customers on a functional level, orchestrates complex rollout projects and supports customers preparing for the growing challenges in the areas of IT security and data protection.

He is also passionate about advancing the skills of team members and organizations to meet the demands of the digital age.
