Madeleine Kracke has been supporting and advising banks and insurance companies, among others, since 2013. She is intensively involved in customer experience topics and digital (data-driven) business models.

Madeleine studied business administration in Bergisch Gladbach and Kiel. During her studies, she quickly acquired methodical and application-oriented knowledge through practical phases, management and research projects and puts this into practice. With her career start at an international BPO service provider, she was able to gain a lot of experience at the interface between business and IT, but also in operational as well as digitalization projects. She supported companies from various industries in the areas of outsourcing and optimization of business processes, development and setup of industry solutions as well as digital solution offerings.

In her current projects in Financial Services, Madeleine deals with strategic issues around (digital) transformation including scouting and vendor selection.
