Gökhan Özdemir

As Senior Manager at Detecon Consulting, Gökhan Özdemir has been supporting companies from the automotive industry in their strategic transformation to the public, hybrid, and multi-cloud since 2022. He studied industrial engineering in Berlin and has 13 years of professional experience, both from the start-up environment and from various consulting companies.

His expertise includes the holistic design and definition of cloud strategies, the integration of target operating models, the management of large-scale cloud transformation programs, the implementation of cloud competence centers, and the introduction of proactive FinOps strategies.

His work focuses on individual client consulting with the aim of devising enterprise-specific cloud strategies in order to exploit the full potential of the cloud. He is particularly focused on seamlessly integrating technologies such as Edge, IoT, 5G and Metaverse with the cloud to open up new and innovative business models for his clients.

Gökhan believes that the true potential of cloud technologies can only be fully realized through a harmonious combination of cloud architecture, -governance, -cost, -adoption, -strategy, -security, -operations and -training.
