Fabian Horbach is a Senior Consultant in the Public Sector with a focus on IT and business consulting. He holds a degree in business administration and business informatics, having completed his studies in Germany, Austria and in a program in Vietnam.
Since 2015, Mr. Horbach has specialized in consulting for the specific needs and circumstances of the public sector. His clients in the public sector are as diverse as the topics he serves in this context. They range from the Federal Ministry of Defense and its subordinate authorities and in-house companies (e.g. BAAINBw and BwFuhrparkService) to Cologne-Bonn Airport, the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising and private companies to d-NRW, which supports public administration in North Rhine-Westphalia in the use of information technology.
The main focus of Fabian Horbach's work is IT consulting, which has been a part of almost all of his consulting projects to date. Further focal points are in the area of organizational studies, the conception and implementation of economic feasibility studies with cost modeling and benchmark comparisons as well as process analyses. Most recently, he focused on the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG), which obliges the federal, state and local governments to offer all administrative services digitally by the end of 2022.
