Fabian Horbach is a Senior Consultant in the Public Sector with a focus on management and IT consulting in the public sector. He holds a degree in business administration and business informatics, having completed his studies in Germany, Austria and in a program in Vietnam.
Since 2015, Fabian Horbach has specialized in consulting for the special needs and circumstances of the public sector. His clients are mainly ministries and agencies of the federal and state administration, but also church administration as well as public in-house companies and private companies with public tasks.
The focus of his work is on management as well as IT and technology consulting. Within the scope of his IT and transformation projects, he specifically advises the state administration on the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG), from the conception and implementation of new online services and portal creation to data transfer and specialized process integration, as well as the support and implementation of the one-for-all (“Einer für alle”)/many principle (EfA). In doing so, he works closely with implementation partners and administrative levels across national borders.
In the area of management consulting, Fabian Horbach supports customers of the Defence sector such as the BMVg, the BAAINBw and the BwFuhrparkService, but also state ministries such as the Bavarian State Ministry for Digital Affairs (StMD) in organizational and economic consulting projects.
