Fabian Horbach

Fabian Horbach is senior manager in the Public Sector division with a focus on management and IT consulting in the public sector and an expert in "Digital Administration". He holds a degree in business administration and business informatics, having completed his studies in Germany, Austria and a programme in Vietnam. 

Since 2015, he has specialised in consulting on the special needs and circumstances of the public sector. His clients are mainly ministries and authorities of the federal and state administration, but also church administration as well as public in-house companies and private-sector companies with public tasks. 

At Detecon International GmbH, he is responsible for "digital administration" and its subordinate topics. This includes the implementation of the OZG, in the context of which Mr Horbach advises clients end-to-end from the creation of administration portals to application plugs to the technical details of data transmission. Furthermore, he is active in the context of setting up, modernising and networking federal IT in Germany. He has also advised many clients with regard to traditional administrative digitisation on topics such as process digitisation, implementation and integration of specialised procedures and economic issues.
