PhD Alexander Müller works as a manager in the health sector. When advising companies and institutions in this area, he mainly concentrates on digitalisation projects, ecosystems and digital business models.

Alexander studied biology and neuroscience in Bonn and holds a PhD in molecular biomedicine. Since joining Detecon, he has been involved in the digital transformation of the public health service (ÖGD) and has gained experience in the field of digital strategy and at the interface between business and IT. His current projects are primarily concerned with process optimization in the area of public health services.

As a former scientist, Alexander likes to use scientific methods in his everyday consulting work. In his opinion, systematic and unbiased observations, as well as consistent application of logic and analysis together with Detecon's consulting tools lead to the best result for clients.
