Adrian Kisliuk works as a Manager on business transformation topics. He advises companies in the telecommunications and financial sectors on innovative and sustainable business models that meet the needs of consumers and the interests of companies.

Today's conscious consumer expects companies to think ahead and adopt business models that make a positive contribution to society. The transformation to a conscious company requires change, large investments and brings risks. However, transformation is essential for companies and must be continuously led to survive disruption. To stay ahead, companies need to change even when they already dominate their markets. All too often, companies underestimate the challenges involved and how much new business models, technology and partnerships can strengthen their market position. Adrian believes that "companies can improve their competitiveness by adapting quickly to market conditions with an agile approach and by focusing on co-opetition."

As Commercial and Partnering Manager, Adrian has developed edge cloud computing business architectures and strategic partnership models for clients with AWS, Google, Microsoft, Docomo, Deutsche Telekom and Telefonica, among others. In addition, as a project manager, he supports clients in the implementation of business strategies.

Adrian studied economics at the University of Montreal and project management at HEC Montreal Business School, speaks fluent French, German and English and supports clients from the DACH region. He started his career at the bank in Business Development, where he gained his first project experience.
