Olaf Kleindienst New Head of the Business Unit “Services & Industry” at Detecon

Köln, 4. Oktober 2022. Olaf Kleindienst (52) has been in charge of the “Services & Industries” business unit at the management and technology consultancy Detecon since 1 October 2022. As a new member of the Global Executive Team, he is responsible for and manages all consulting activities in the focus sectors Automotive & Manufacturing, Health, Public, and Travel, Transport & Logistics.

Olaf Kleindienst was most recently responsible as a partner for the Customer Experience business segment and numerous strategic customer initiatives at MHP Management- und IT-Beratung, a majority-owned subsidiary of the automotive manufacturer Porsche. He is an expert for digital transformation in the automotive and other industries and leads projects on the digital future and operational excellence with the aid of connected devices, IoT/IIoT, analytics, and other tools. 

After earning his degree in economics at the University of Hohenheim, Olaf Kleindienst started his career as a strategy management consultant at FUCHS & PARTNER Unternehmensstrategien. He later held positions as Head of Organization at drive specialist Lenze and Executive Vice President & Head of Consulting at BEMA Consulting.
