Sophie Lachauer

Sophia Lachauer has been managing projects for agile strategy and organizational development since 2022, focusing on agility, design thinking, and change management. Her particular interest lies in the potentials of metaverse-based digital solutions as catalysts for new forms of collaboration, communication, and value creation.

Sophia studied business administration for her Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) as part of a dual study program at Deutsche Telekom. She pursued her Master's degree (M.Sc.) while working, attending FOM University of Applied Sciences in Cologne.
