Robert Wagner

Robert Wagner graduated as an industrial engineer and focuses with great passion on the development of Future Mobility as well as Customer Excellence.

He started his career in business development for a SaaS company, where he drove innovative trends and developments across industries with a variety of large corporations and moved to Deutsche Telekom (T-Labs) in 2018, where he accompanied countless innovative projects as part of Program Management.

Since 2019, Robert Wagner has been working at Detecon both in the DACH region and in China, enabling cross-national know-how transfer in the automotive sector as well as the international integration of his specialization in Customer Excellence.

His mission is to design business processes and -models with innovative methods to meet customer-centric needs.
