Detecon awarded FREIA EU Cybersecurity Professional Services Framework Contract

Cologne, March 12, 2026 – Detecon has been awarded the FREIA EU Cybersecurity Professional Services Framework Contract, a strategic initiative led by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Informatics (DIGIT) to enable EU institutions to access high-quality, specialized cybersecurity advisory and implementation services.
Within this framework, Detecon will provide a broad range of cybersecurity advisory and implementation services to support EU institutions in strengthening their cybersecurity posture, addressing evolving threats, and meeting complex regulatory requirements.
Drawing on extensive experience in cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and operational security, Detecon will deliver end-to-end expertise across the full cybersecurity lifecycle—including threat identification, vulnerability management, security architecture and protection mechanisms, and incident response and recovery.
