Mark Großer coordinates the consulting fields Security & Compliance in the Global Tribe IT Strategy, Security & Compliance in the Global Chapter Business Technology. He continues to develop Detecon's know-how on these topics and is responsible for clients, projects, and teams.

Digital infrastructure is and remains systemically relevant. Mark sees it as the necessary craft for the transformation of business processes, IT, technologies, and the development of skills. But how do business, digitization and specifications fit together? Within these guardrails, the path leads to practical implementation for people, organization and processes, and technology. As a trained banker and graduate economist, Mark has been finding answers for his clients for 22 years to protect the core of the business model on these three levels.

His experience, including ten years in leadership roles, spans industries with a focus on Financial Services, Energy, Public and Automotive. Mark's expertise includes risk management, cyber security, information and IT security and compliance, and data protection, as well as governance and process consulting. Mark publishes on these topics, participates in working groups and forums, supervises university theses, and coordinates Detecon's cooperation on security within the Group.
