Current focus is on the implementation of new, hybrid work concepts and support in agile transformations. 
With over 10 years in consulting and diverse industry experience at home and abroad, Sophie Müller is also concerned with the question of how organizations manage to attract and retain the right skills and competencies today and in the future, and how they can meet future requirements.
