As a Manager in the Digital Strategy & Innovation department, Sophie Müller supports our clients in strategic transformations. She focuses on executives and employees and creates work environments and cultures in which people enjoy working together successfully. Current focus is on the implementation of new, hybrid work concepts and support in agile transformations. 
With over 10 years in consulting and diverse industry experience at home and abroad, Sophie Müller is also concerned with the question of how organizations manage to attract and retain the right skills and competencies today and in the future, and how they can meet future requirements.
