Michael Spiller

As a Senior Agile Coach, Michael Spiller is passionate about the agile idea of focusing on lean value creation processes and effective teamwork. For more than eight years, Michael has accompanied and advised organizations, teams and executives in the use of agile methods, the optimization of value creation processes and the expansion of corporate capabilities. In contrast to methodological fundamentalists, he takes a pragmatically oriented approach: he applies what is necessary and actually adds value in intensity. In doing so, the business information scientist combines a business and IT perspective: his experience ranges from agile transformation projects, value stream mapping, vendor selection, capability-based planning, enterprise architecture management, process optimization to IT requirements management.
