Matthias Fischer is a Manager in the field of digital strategy & innovation with a special focus on business model analysis & development. He supports companies in strategically realigning their own business model in order to meet the challenges of digitalisation. In his previous projects, he has advised infrastructure providers in the energy and telecommunications sectors as well as in the mobility sector.

Matthias studied industrial engineering in Germany and New Zealand. What appeals to him most about his work is the interdisciplinary nature of many projects. "Especially when developing new business models, it is very important to understand the technological basis of a business model. In this way, I deal a lot with exciting new technologies such as artificial intelligence or 5G."
